How quickly will ScruteX respond to my enquiry?+
We respond to most enquiries within one business day. Urgent technical questions from existing customers are routed to on-call engineers and typically answered within a few hours during business hours across Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangalore.
Do I need to book a call, or can I start using the platform directly?+

What should I prepare before contacting sales?+
A rough count of domains, business units, and any specific frameworks you need to report against (SOC 2, DORA, APRA CPS 234, etc.) helps us scope the right plan quickly. If you already use a SIEM, SOAR, or ticketing system you want to integrate with, mention it.
Do you offer professional services or onboarding support?+
Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding and a named customer success engineer. Standard plans come with written playbooks and email support. Custom professional-services engagements (bespoke reports, tailored playbooks, analyst-hours) are available on request.
How do I reach the partnerships team?+
